Future Actions

Future Actions let your Hyperaide do work later, without you needing to remember it. They are useful for both one-time tasks and recurring routines.

How Future Actions work

A Future Action combines a time trigger with a clear instruction. When that moment arrives, Hyperaide runs the task. This is especially helpful for follow-ups, periodic check-ins, and lightweight recurring briefs.

Writing better Future Actions

A good action is specific about timing and specific about output. Instead of "remind me next week," use a concrete trigger and expected result, like: "Every weekday at 9:00 AM, review my calendar and send a short brief with top priorities and conflicts."

One-time and recurring

One-time actions run once at a specific date and time. Recurring actions run on a schedule, like every day, every week, or every month. If you are unsure where to start, begin with one-time actions and keep the recurring ones that consistently help.

Keep it reliable

If results feel weak, the instruction is usually too broad. Tighten the wording and define the output format. If your schedule starts to feel noisy, trim recurring actions that no longer create value.
