2. Our Service & Your Use
2.1 What the Service Is
Hyperaide is an AI-powered personal assistant platform that allows you to:
- Create and customize your own AI assistant
- Connect various third-party tools and services
- Automate workflows and tasks through natural language
- Communicate via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and other channels
The Service includes the website, mobile apps, APIs, documentation, and other related software or services.
2.2 Scope of Use / License
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Hyperaide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.
- You may not sublicense, resell, rent, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties, unless explicitly permitted by Hyperaide in writing.
2.3 Account Registration & Credentials
To use parts of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Hyperaide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.
3. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
- If you upload, submit or transmit content via the Service (e.g. text, documents, media, data), you retain ownership of that content.
- By submitting content, you grant Hyperaide a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display and perform that content as necessary to provide the Service.
- You represent and warrant that you have the rights to upload and use any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe third-party intellectual property or other rights.
Our Property
- The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hyperaide and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The Service allows you to connect third-party applications. By using integrations, you:

5. Payment, Fees & Subscriptions

6. Termination & Suspension

- Hyperaide may suspend or terminate access — or suspend or delete accounts — at our discretion, without liability, for any reason (e.g. breach of Terms, suspicious activity, non-payment, or for convenience).
- Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease immediately; we may delete or anonymize your data, subject to our data-retention and Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
7. Disclaimers; Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Service "As-Is"
- The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, error-free operation.
No Guarantee of Availability
- Hyperaide does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; we are not liable for any interruption, damage, data loss, or unauthorized access.
Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hyperaide's liability is limited. Under no circumstances will Hyperaide be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business) arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
- Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hyperaide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
9. Modifications to the Service
- Hyperaide may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof), including features, pricing, plans, or user eligibility, at our discretion, with or without notice.
- We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
