Communication Channels

Communication channels are how you interact with your Hyperaide assistant. Talk to it naturally, wherever you are, using the apps you already use every day.

Available Channels

Hyperaide integrates with multiple communication platforms to ensure your assistant is always accessible:

WhatsApp

Message your assistant directly through WhatsApp. Perfect for quick updates on the go, adding tasks, or checking your schedule.

Email

Send emails to your assistant's custom email address. Great for forwarding important information or longer form entries.

Web Interface

Access your assistant through the web app for full functionality, database management, and detailed conversations.

Slack (Coming Soon)

Integrate with your team's Slack workspace to bring your personal assistant into your professional workflow.

How Channels Work

Each channel connects to the same Hyperaide backend, so your data stays synchronized across all platforms. You can:

  • Start a conversation on WhatsApp and continue it on the web
  • Add a task via email and check it off through WhatsApp
  • Update database records from any channel
  • Query your data using natural language from anywhere

Setting Up Channels

Most channels can be activated with just a few clicks:

  1. Go to Settings → Communication Channels
  2. Select the channel you want to activate
  3. Follow the setup instructions (usually just scanning a QR code or verifying an email)
  4. Start chatting with your assistant!

Natural Language Processing

Your assistant understands natural language across all channels. You don't need to learn special commands or syntax. Just talk to it like you would a human assistant:

  • "Add a task to call Mom tomorrow at 3pm"
  • "What meetings do I have next week?"
  • "Create a new project for the website redesign"
  • "Show me all tasks related to the Johnson account"
